Our minimum order quantity for wholesale accounts is 10 units — qualifying you for our Starter tier. For full container loads (FCL), we recommend 200+ units to maximise cost efficiency. Smaller volumes can be consolidated via LCL groupage shipping.
We accept TT (Telegraphic Transfer / Wire Transfer) and Letter of Credit (LC) for larger shipments. Enterprise accounts may qualify for Net-30 payment terms after a verified trading history. All transactions are in USD. A 30–50% deposit is required to confirm bulk orders, with the balance due prior to container loading.
Order preparation and container loading typically takes 3–7 business days. Sea freight transit times vary by destination: approximately 10–14 days to Europe, 15–25 days to Africa and the Middle East, 20–30 days to Latin America, and 18–30 days to Asia and Oceania. Estimated arrival dates and live tracking are provided once the container is on the water.
Yes — custom sourcing is a core part of our trade service. Share the make, model, year, and part numbers with your account manager. We access a network of verified salvage auctions and can typically source specific items within 5–10 business days. Minimum quantities may apply for custom requests.
Every shipment includes: Commercial Invoice (with HS codes), Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Pre-Shipment Inspection Report, and VIN-Match Certificates per part. Additional documents such as a fumigation certificate or SONCAP certificate (for Nigeria) can be arranged on request.
All wholesale parts carry our 90-Day Quality Guarantee. If a part is found to be defective or not as described, we will replace it or issue a credit note against your next order. Defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Damage resulting from incorrect installation or normal wear and tear is excluded.
